The complex offers conference and exhibition rooms as well as catering and accommodation facilities. The entire WordCamp can therefore take place on the same site, where you can also stay overnight if you&#8217;d like. The large light-flooded \u201cAquarium\u201d hall (for 200 people) offers three large screens so that the presentations can be optimally viewed from all seats. The \u201cAula\u201d, with its tiered seating, can hold up to 128 people. The main entrance and the restaurant are at ground level with no steps, and the two conference rooms can be accessed by elevator. The Aula room has steps but offers step-free space at the top of the hall. Toilets and hotel rooms are also accessible to wheelchairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A checkmark question in the ticketing form asks if you have any special requirements; if you require anything, please <a href=\"\/contact\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"17\">get in touch with us<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event, you can always come to the registration desk or approach staff members and ask if you need a quiet room; we will allow you to access the green room. One section of the train goes to Neuch\u00e2tel and one goes to Murten. Make sure you get on the right part of the train: you need to head <strong>towards Murten<\/strong>! If you find yourself in the wrong part of the train en route, you can change (quickly!) when the train arrives in Kerzers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note that the train at the <strong>Muntelier L\u00f6wenberg<\/strong> station <strong>only stops on request<\/strong>, so make sure you press the button by the doors on the train in plenty of time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are coming from Neuch\u00e2tel: Swiss Railways just announced maintenance work on the line S20-S21 from Ins to Murten, so you&#8217;ll have to take a replacement bus or train via Kerzers. Make sure and take the <strong>S5<\/strong> train heading for <strong>Murten<\/strong>: the S5 is formed of two sections which <strong>separate at Kerzers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">From Geneva<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Take the train from Geneva towards <strong>Neuch\u00e2tel<\/strong>, then change to the Interregio train to <strong>Kerzers<\/strong>. Change here and head towards <strong>Murten<\/strong>: Muntelier L\u00f6wenberg is the second station; one stop before Murten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">From Zurich<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Take the Intercity from Z\u00fcrich Hauptbahnhof as far as the main station in Bern (1h), then follow the directions from Bern. (See above.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">By plane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Switzerland\u2019s main airports are at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.euroairport.com\/en\/\">Basel<\/a>&nbsp;(2h), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zurich-airport.com\/\">Zurich Kloten<\/a>&nbsp;(2h), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gva.ch\/en\/desktopdefault.aspx\">Geneva<\/a> (2h) and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flughafenbern.ch\/en\">Bern Belp<\/a> (1h 20m). These approximate travelling times are&nbsp;for public transport connections&nbsp;from the main airport terminal to the <strong>Muntelier L\u00f6wenberg<\/strong> railway station.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Travelling by road<\/summary>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By road<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/switzerland.wordcamp.org\/2023\/files\/2022\/09\/motorway_sign-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-209\" style=\"aspect-ratio:3\/2;object-fit:cover\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a fair number of parking spaces on-site; the parking fee is CHF 8 per day. The parking is located about 300 meters away from the Conference Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Centre Loewenberg is just a couple of minutes&#8217; drive from the <strong>Murten\/Morat exit on the A1 motorway<\/strong>, heading west from Bern. Coming from Bern, head towards Murten once you leave the motorway and turn right at the first roundabout (just after McDonald&#8217;s). Coming from Lausanne-Yverdon, follow Bern and take the Murten\/Morat exit.
