T-shirts

First, as is often the case at WordCamps, we will offer all participants a T-shirt of the event, if so wished when you register. However, we already have to place the order this week. It will be based on the T-shirt sizes given when purchasing the ticket. So if you buy your ticket after 26 February, we cannot guarantee you will get a T-shirt, which would be a shame!

Hotel rooms at the Loewenberg Centre

Similarly, we will use the information provided when purchasing the ticket to book the required hotel rooms for the participants. There are obviously not an infinite number of rooms available! If you want to ensure you can get accommodation on-site, you should not wait to make your request.

50 extra tickets?

Another reason to buy your ticket now is that we aim for the WordCamp to be as rich and diverse as possible! So far, we have booked the venue for 200 participants, but we would love to increase that number to 250. However, to increase the number of tickets, we need to sell enough tickets in the next few days!

We know by experience that WordCamps participants usually purchase their tickets at the last minute. The deadline for registration at WordCamp Switzerland 2023 is 16 March since we need to provide the Loewenberg Centre with the number of participants on 17 March for organizational and logistical reasons. It would be a pity if you decide only on 15 March to come, and all 200 tickets are already gone by then!
