WordCamps are non-profit events organized by community members on a voluntary basis. Regular meetups in Swiss cities such as Baden, Bern, Chur, Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne, Lugano, Neuchâtel, Sion, St. Gallen and Zürich help strengthen the community.

Swiss WordCamps offer everyone the opportunity to participate, exchange ideas, get to know each other better and share knowledge for the improvement of WordPress and WordPress sites.

Sponsoring the WordCamp Switzerland will give you the opportunity to visit and mix with the WordPress community, and to present your products to WordCamp participants.

We are expecting between 200 and 250 attendees.

Sponsorship levels

To help make WordCamp Switzerland 2023 a success, we are looking for sponsors in the following categories.

Gold: CHF 2000

  • 4 tickets included
  • Company name, logo, link and description (large, 1200 characters maximum) on the WordCamp Switzerland website
  • Individual acknowledgment and thanks during opening and closing remarks
  • Large individual space for a sponsor table to chat with participants and distribute your goodies
  • Your logo on screens between presentations (large)
  • Meal for 4 people during the Friday pre-conference event
  • Individual sponsor thank you post, shared on social media

Silver: CHF 1000

  • 2 tickets included
  • Company name, logo, link and description (average, 800 characters maximum) on the WordCamp Switzerland website
  • Acknowledgment and thanks during opening and closing remarks
  • Average individual space for a sponsor table to chat with participants and distribute your goodies
  • Your logo on screens between presentations (medium)
  • Meal for 2 people during the Friday pre-conference event
  • Grouped thank-you post from sponsors, shared on social media

Bronze: CHF 500

  • 1 ticket included
  • Company name, logo, link and description (short, 400 characters maximum) on the WordCamp Switzerland website
  • Acknowledgments and thanks during opening and closing remarks
  • Table shared between all Bronze sponsors to distribute your goodies
  • Your logo on screens between presentations (small)
  • Meal for 1 person during the Friday pre-conference event
  • Grouped thank you post from sponsors, shared on social media

Micro: CHF 150

  • 1 ticket included, purchasable on the ticket order page for CHF 150.-
  • Logo and link on the WordCamp Switzerland website
  • Mention and thanks grouped during the opening and closing remarks

In kind

  • You sponsor an activity or offer a service at the conference
  • Your logo projected between presentations (size dependent on sponsorship value)
