Claudio Schwarz
Claudio started working with WordPress in 2005, back when WordPress 1.5 was released, and has been working with it professionally since 2011. He is currently Frontend Team Lead at NeidhartSchön, where he focuses on digital annual reports, modern frontend systems and sustainable web solutions.
Photography is his biggest passion outside of frontend development. He is ranked among the Top 100 Unsplash photographers worldwide and has been involved in event photography for many years. In 2025, he joined the organising team of WordCamp Europe in Basel and helped the photo team publish all event images before the conference had even ended.
In 2026, Claudio will continue contributing to the WordPress community as a volunteer photographer at WordCamp Europe in Kraków and as the person responsible for the photography team at WordCamp Switzerland.

Mark Howells-Mead
Content management systems have been the main focus of Mark’s professional career since 2001. He began working with WordPress when it was released in 2003 and is currently developing websites, React-based web applications, headless WordPress API solutions and CRM integrations at his WordPress agency Say Hello.
Mark keeps pace with WordPress development as a theme and plugin developer, translation editor, and WordCamp speaker and co-organizer. His open-source plugins are currently being used on over 30,000 websites.

Rico F. Lüthi
Rico is a business informatics specialist with a focus on frontend development and has been working as a teacher and lecturer for over twenty years. He teaches business informatics, programming and UI design, as well as audio and video media production, sharing his knowledge at various educational institutions.
Rico originally discovered WordPress as a frontend developer, finding not just a content management system, but also a fantastic community. Since 2012, he has been an active contributor to the WordPress project as a WordCamp speaker, organizer and volunteer. Within the Training Team, he serves as an administrator and supports both the international and DACH teams in their rebuilding and organisation.
In 2026, Rico brings his commitment to the speaker and program team of WordCamp Switzerland, working together with the team to shape the event’s content and program.
